PASAT d.o.o. is committed to providing the highest quality services which meet or exceed the requirements of our customers and all other interested parties within the framework of ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

The highest quality shall be achieved, maintained and continuously improved upon by following our objectives which are to:

  • Position Pasat as a market leader in the provision of human resources to the shipping industry, setting the highest standards in quality and service by providing qualified, skilled and experienced seafarers for our principal’s vessels, in any position needed, safely, efficiently, at reasonable cost and in compliance with international shipping standards.
  • Insist on the highest professional and ethical standards, whilst respecting the well-being of our seafarers and employees and ensuring the sustainability of our operations, in order to be the best in our field.
  • Recognise our seafarers and employees as individuals, stimulating them and challenging them for continous improvement.
  • Fulfil the requirements of the norm through constant improvement of the QMS and regular trainings of all team members. •
  • Maintain the high level of service provided to our clients by following and implementing new technologies.
  • Monitor and adjust company policies and objectives, for them to be in accordance with our vision.
